1. Get to know the person ? Many people go right into the marketing and talking about the opportunity. I?m not going to say that it?s wrong, but people join your business because they like you. In order to build strong relationships, you have to provide value so the other person knows you can help them reach their goals. We all know each of our opportunities is fabulous. But spend a little time getting to know the person. What?s their why? Who are they as a person? Do they work and do marketing? These are just a few examples. the person you are talking to needs to know you are working on how to build strong relationships with each person.

2. Get to their struggle ? What?s their motivation? If they didn?t have money worries any longer, how would they feel? What would that do for them? This is key to how to build strong relationships.

3. What are they doing now to market themselves and their opportunity? ? Provide them with a strategy or two. This again let?s them know you are interested in how to build strong relationships.

Most of all, remember that the Network Marketing business is a business of people. You do not need to hold their hand, but give them some time to show them what to do. Provide them suggestions as they go along. I look at it as thought I?m helping a friend. I am not saying to do the work for them, but provide them with training. Take a look at their blog and videos and provide them with constructive criticism. You, as the experienced leader, can also be choosy about who you give your attention to. If you are talking to someone, working on how to build strong relationships, and you get a feeling they are not serious, by all means don?t continue to put time into them.
