If you read my March 26,2012 blog, you are already familiar with the rodent Maisy, a mouse whose everyday bigger than life adventures entertain and teach toddlers, pre-schoolers, and emerging readers about their world.
I just returned from sunny southern California and a long weekend with my grandbaby. ?I took along books for her ?so we could read every night. ?Wish I had Maisy at the Beach when I was packing for the trip. This summer fun tale is simple fun and simply delightful.
Boys and?girls travel with Maisy and her friends to the beach and decorate its beach scenes with fifteen full color reusable (really sticky) stickers using simple prompts. ?Love the appealing sun hats, school of fish, dolphin, crab, starfish, seashells, sandcastle, beach ball, Panda, palm tree, toy boat, inner tube, ?and ice cream cone artwork?drawn for the preschool-kindergarten eye in primary color brights.
Maisy at the Beach with its matching search and fine sticker technique is a unique way to expose little ones to the basics of learning. What child isn?t going to enjoy this?!
